Reasons to call — this week
Every milestone is a warm reason to reach out that has nothing to do with performance — the programme hands the advisorship one at each step, for twenty years.
No reasons to call yet. Once you seat a client in a cask, milestones start surfacing here automatically.

Progression samples
Small 20–50cl samples drawn from the cask as it matures — one per seat, for each of this year's twelve. Available once the cask is laid down in our bond and has had at least six months in the wood. After that, request one any time — on demand, drawn and shipped in about ten days, or timed to arrive for a date that matters. A ready-made reason to sit with your client and mull over how it's coming along. You can also request from any cask's record above.

{{ alloc.note }} On longer casks, later years fold in limited and single-cask bottlings so a twenty-one-year owner never opens the same case twice.

What happens next
1
Your relationship manager confirms the cask spec and final figure with you — usually within two working days. Nothing is charged yet.
2
You approve and pay to confirm. The cask is then ordered from Larch Grove — a new fill is distilled or drawn to your spec.
3
It's filled and laid down under bond. There can be a short lead time between payment and lay-down while the cask is prepared.
4
Once under bond, its twelve seats unlock — you seat holders from your VIP list, and it joins the rotation and tasting room.

Seat your Circle when you're ready

Bottles are decided at bottling — not up front.
A seat is a place in the experience, not a claim on the whiskey. When the cask matures you choose who receives bottles — favourite stakeholders across every rotation, and a reserve for the business. Open the bottling tool →

Yield is indicative — the true bottle count is set at bottling, after the angel's share. A place in a Circle is never a fixed bottle entitlement; allocation is the firm's to decide here.
